If the request is not urgent, please contact us via the HelpJYU portal. Log in in order to have access to all of the forms.

If you can not log into the portal, you can fill the IT problem form without logging in or send email to helpdesk@jyu.fi.

HelpJYU Service Desk is located in (B) library-building, room B 315. We are available from 10 am to 2 pm.

During evenings (5pm to 9 pm) and weekends (9 am to 5 pm), critical incidents of large scale can be reported at 050 5527 222.

Student service desk

The Student service desk is here to help degree students, open university students and staff members. You can reach the student service desk via HelpJYU forms (see Applying, Studies, Teaching or Study Administration) or check the other contact information on the website.

Open science centre / library services

You can contact library customer service via HelpJYU forms or by email at jykneuvonta@library.jyu.fi.

Library customer service is located in Lähde (B) building, upper ground floor. You can find the up-to-date opening hours from the Open Science Centre website. During service hours you can also reach us by phone at 040 805 3803.

HR

You can contact HR via HelpJYU forms. Please log in with your university user account to see all the staff forms.
