Easily! Log in to the service with JYU credentials by clicking Login from the top bar.
If you do not have an active JYU account, you can create a HelpJYU account to use the portal.
You can follow your own service requests in the portal when you are logged in. You can find the link to your own requests in the top bar.
To also view requests that have already been resolved, click "Toggle filters" and select "Status: all".
Be sure to also take a look at Guides! Useful guides will be automatically suggested when you are filling the IT issue form. More guides are added into the system every day!
