How can I get help with an incident or make a service request?

Easily! Log in to the service with JYU credentials by clicking Login from the top bar.

If you do not have an active JYU account, you can create a HelpJYU account to use the portal.

If you need help with an IT issue (issues with credentials, device is not working, email is not sending, application is throwing an error, etc), get help with an IT issue. You can also check the guide How to get help with an IT issue.
 
You can access the service request forms from the service catalogue. The forms will guide you in the right direction and pass us the information we need to implement your request as quickly as possible. You can also check instructions on how to make a service request.

You can follow your own service requests in the portal when you are logged in. You can find the link to your own requests in the top bar.

To also view requests that have already been resolved, click "Toggle filters" and select "Status: all".
