How can I send secure email without the university credentials?

You can send secure email without university credentials or email, but only to @jyu.fi addresses. 

A guide to send secure email

1. Open your browser and open this addresss https://secure-mail.jyu.fi
2. Type your email to From-field (see the example from the picture)

 

 

3. Click register.

 

 

 

4. You get the following notification, please act accordingly.

 

 

5. When you receive the email from JYU Secure Mail (noreply@jyu.fi) open the message and click on the link on the bottom of the message. After this you can send the secure email. Check out the following image, Mobile-phone number is optional (not required).
