University of Jyväskylä EXAM rooms:
Supported browsers: Use Mozilla Firefox or Chrome (or Safari if you are a Mac user), EXAM does not work properly with Internet Explorer or Edge. There may also be problems with some mobile devices. On exam computers, EXAM is used with Firefox.
EXAM requires email address verification to function. If you log into EXAM as a JY student and only see a blank white page with an exclamation mark on a red background indicating an error, the reason is that your JY user information does not include an email address. The problem can be resolved by logging into the OMA service, where you can update your user information.
Verify your email address in the OMA service, after which you will be able to use EXAM normally. The issue is due to the university's identity and access management system, which now more strictly checks a person's role and access rights to the university's systems. (Note: This only applies to University of Jyväskylä credentials!)
