How to filter emails from inbox to a separate folder in Outlook (rules in Outlook)?


Right click the mail that you want to filter to a separate folder and select Advanced actions. Select Create rule.

 

Select or create a new folder for the rule.

 

Select OK. The rule will be applied to all incoming messages. If you'd like to run the rule on your inbox immediately, select the check box for Run this rule now in Inbox.

 

You can also edit and create new rules from settings, open settings in Outlook and select Mail > Rules.
