Open Control Panel. You can find it by typing control panel to the task bar's search field located at the bottom of the screen.

 

Select Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

 

Select Show Profiles... from the next view.

 

Select the profile or profiles you wish to remove and then click Remove, Yes and then Apply and OK.

 

Open Outlook client and set a name for your Outlook profile, confirm by clicking OK.

 

Connect with the suggested email address:

 

Unmark Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too and click Done. Outlook will now open!
