What should be taken into account when creating a drawing screen exam?

When creating the exam, first complete the specific requirements for the exam computers and attach any necessary documents on the "Basic Information" tab.

The software required for taking the exam is specific to the university as well as the location and computer. Your selection will affect the allocation of facilities and computers to the student. If you choose "Piirtonäyttö/Drawing screen" as the required software, the exam computer will be limited to a drawing screen.

This choice ensures that the student has the necessary resources reserved for taking the exam.

In all other respects, the student will have access to the same programs as in other EXAM computers, which include: Windows Calculator, Word (without spellcheck), Excel, Notepad, SPSS, R, R-studio, Adobe Reader, OneNote, Paint, 7Zip, and UMLet.

Next, it is important to provide clear instructions for the exam, specifying what needs to be done at each stage and in what format submissions are desired.

To allow the student to submit an attachment, you should select the essay question format. Only one attachment can be submitted per question. So, if you want multiple submissions, you should create a separate essay question for each submission.

The instructions should clearly indicate whether the examinee should respond/draw their answers in the file provided by the examiner or create their own file and submit it as an attachment. Attachments can be in the form of PDF, image, or Word and Excel files.
