The exam computer is connected to the drawing screen, and you can draw or write on it using the stylus pen located on the left side of the screen. No other pens should be used, and the stylus pen should be returned to its place when you finish the exam. If answering requires drawing, handwriting, or calculations, open the appropriate software as instructed by the examiner and use the drawing screen to compose your answers. You can choose your tool of preference, whether it's the keyboard, mouse, or stylus pen, as the situation demands. Note: Do not use the stylus pen simultaneously with the screen when using the mouse.

The drawing function of the drawing screen only works with the designated stylus pen. Do not use other pens or tools for drawing. The key features of the pen include drawing and erasing functions. Please note that, depending on the software, the erasing function may erase the entire last pen stroke, not just the specific area where the pen touches. Be careful when erasing larger portions.

You can also use keyboard shortcuts for quick actions, such as erasing, copying, or pasting items:

• You can undo the previous action by pressing Ctrl+Z. You can repeatedly undo to reverse multiple actions.
• You can copy a selected item with Ctrl+C.
• You can paste a copied item with Ctrl+V.

The examiner should remember to select "Drawing Screen" when creating the exam and specify the requirements for exam computers and attachments in the "Basic Information" tab. This ensures that the exam can be taken on a drawing screen-equipped computer.

The software required for answering the exam is specific to the university and is dependent on the location and computer. Your choice affects the allocation of facilities and computers to students. This choice guarantees that students have the necessary resources available for taking the exam.

Adjusting the Screen Angle:

You can change the angle of the screen using the switch located at the top of the stand behind the screen. Unlock the screen by releasing the switch, and you can adjust the screen freely. The screen locks again when you release the switch and fine-tune the angle. You'll hear a sound when the screen relocks.

You can also customize your workspace. By adjusting the screen angle, you can impact the display. Additionally, you can move the screen closer and relocate the keyboard and mouse to the side. The screen can be drawn on only with the stylus pen, so palm touches on the screen will not create any marks. If you arrive at the exam on time, you can familiarize yourself with the screen's use and functionalities shortly before the exam begins.

Drawing with Different Software: The Microsoft Office drawing function, referred to as the "Draw" feature, is available in Office applications such as Word, Excel, and OneNote. Here are general instructions for using the "Draw" feature:

For Word and Excel:

1. Open the document (Word), presentation (PowerPoint), or workbook (Excel) where you want to add a drawing.
2. Select the "Draw" tab. This option is usually found in the top menu, and it opens the drawing tools.
3. Choose various drawing tools, such as the pen, eraser, colored pencil, and more, by clicking on them.
4. Use your chosen drawing tool to create drawings directly in the document, presentation, or workbook. You can draw, write, and create notes and exam answers freely as per the task.
5. When you're finished, save the document, presentation, or workbook as usual and submit it to EXAM.

For OneNote:

1. Open Microsoft OneNote and select the notebook or page where you want to add a drawing.
2. Choose the "Draw" tab. This option is usually located in the top menu, and it opens the drawing tools.
3. Select various drawing tools, such as the pen, eraser, colored pencil, and more, by clicking on them.
4. Use your chosen drawing tool to create drawings directly on the OneNote page. You can draw, write, mark, and create free-form notes.
5. You can also adjust the thickness and colors of the drawing tools as needed.
6. When you're finished, save the OneNote notebook as usual and submit it to EXAM.

Please note that the availability and functionality of the "Draw" feature may vary slightly depending on the version and updates of Office software. Nevertheless, these instructions generally provide the foundation for using the drawing function in Office applications.

Remember to save your files periodically and make interim submissions to EXAM during the exam. This ensures that your answers won't be lost if there is a technical issue. Files are removed from the computer when you log out or restart.
