Read first: What is the reporting portal and where can I find it?
General tip: Click around with the left and right mouse buttons—try things out and explore. You cannot modify the report data or the report itself, so nothing can break.
Many reports have multiple tabs. You’ll find the tabs on the left side.
You can filter the report data using the filters on the page. Some reports also have additional filters on the right side.
If you're unsure what selections you've made, click “Reset to default” in the top right corner. The report remembers your previous selections, so simply leaving and returning won’t reset them.
You can sort table-formatted data by clicking the column header.
For other visualizations, click the three dots in the top right corner of the visualization to sort axis data (e.g., ascending instead of descending).
The same three-dot menu also includes the option to export data to Excel.
Some visualizations allow you to drill through to more detailed data.
For example, in a student listing, right-click and choose drill-through to view detailed information about a student.
To return from the drill-through page to the original report, use the arrow in the top left corner—not the browser’s back button.
