The user is granted access to the designated information systems. Access is based on the user's status within the university or, for a special reason, it may be granted to a non-member of the university.
If user wants order an account, the user must agree to comply with the terms of use, other instructions and rules relating to use. The user must read the instructions and rules for using the system beforehand.
The right of use may not be transferred to others. If there is reason to suspect that the password or other identifier has become known/held by someone else, the password must be changed or the use of the identifier must be blocked immediately. The password must be changed periodically and must comply with the University's password policy.
The right of access expires,
Before doing so, the user must ensure the proper transfer or deletion of the data owned by his/her user ID. The user's files and mailbox will be deleted six months after the expiry of the account / access right.
