How do I edit the members of the maillists.jyu.fi mailing list and the list settings?


 

 

Maillists.jyu.fi mailing lists are managed on the OMA- service at https://account.jyu.fi. Email lists are resources attached to eWorkspaces and each email list has its own eWorkspaces with email attached as a resource.

When you click on the email name, it opens a page with basic info about the mailing list. There you will find the mailing list name, description and member details.

Members- tab, you can access more detailed member information. From this page you can add members or delete them.

When you click on "Add member", you can search for members by name. When adding members you can also give them admin rights.

Active Resources. Can be found at the bottom of the basic info page.

Clicking on the name of the mailing list will open the list settings.

N.B. Changes to the members and permissions will take one hour to update when you try to use your email list with your email client.
