Instructions on how students and staff log in to the Google app. Google Drive is used as an example. However, the instructions will also work for other Google applications.

Sign in to Google services - Students

There are two ways for students to log in to Google services. The first way is to go to Google Drive via this address: https://drive.google.com/a/student.jyu.fi/ 

The page opens the University of Jyväskylä's HAKA login window. You can log in by entering your University username + password.

Another way is to log in from the official Google Drive website: https://www.google.com/intl/en-GB/drive/

In the top right-hand corner of the page, select "Sign in". The page will open Google's own login window. You can log in by entering the University of Jyväskylä's Google account, which for students is username@student.jyu.fi.

Once you have entered your Google Account and clicked "Next", the page will take you to the University of Jyväskylä's HAKA login. Enter your username + password as usual.

 

Sign in to Google services - Staff

 

There are also two ways for staff to log in to Google services. The first way is to go to Google Drive via this address: https://drive.google.com/a/jyu.fi/ 

The page opens the University of Jyväskylä's HAKA login window. Note that compared to students, the page says "Login to jyu.fi Google account". You can login by entering your University username + password.

Another way is to log in from the official Google Drive website: https://www.google.com/intl/en-GB/drive/

In the top right-hand corner of the page, select "Sign in". The page will open Google's own login window. You can log in by entering the University of Jyväskylä's Google account, which for staff is username@jyu.fi.

Once you have entered your Google Account and clicked "Next", the page will take you to the University of Jyväskylä's HAKA login. Enter your username + password as usual.
