Microsoft Teams guide

Microsoft Teams is a communication tool that lets you chat with your team, one-to-one with another person, share files and work on files at the same time as others, make online calls and organise online meetings.

If you prefer video-based learning, watch the Getting to know Teams (and OneDrive) tutorial video (PowerPoint from the same tutorial set) or check out the Teams tutorials provided by Microsoft. The Quick Start Guide includes links to more video tutorials. You can also find the Teams guide page on Uno.

If you are looking for a solution to a specific problem or question, see the Teams FAQ. If you can't find the answer to your problem or have a question about using Teams, please contact us using the Help with IT problem form.
