Clear cache and cookies in Chrome:

Copy this to the chrome address bar: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

On the page that opens, check that the options are the same as in the image below. Finally, click "Clear data"

 

Clear cache and cookies from Firefox:

Copy this to the Firefox address bar: about:preferences#privacy

Find Clear Data on the page.

In the window that opens, select both options and then press "Clear"

 

Clear cache and cookies from Microsoft Edge:

Copy this to the Edge address bar: edge://settings/clearBrowserData

 

On the page that opens, select "All time" from Time range dropdown menu.

Then click on "Clear now".
