With home use license Atlas.ti may not be installed to other organizations or companies devices. Only University of Jyväskylä staff and student owned devices for academic work and study on JYU courses.

License terms

• The license can be acquired only by a student or an employee of the University of Jyväskylä.
• The software is licensed only for academic purposes. Using the software for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• The license is personal. Only the licensee is authorized to use the software.
• Copying, sharing, lending, selling, modifying or cracking the software or anything similar is strictly prohibited.
• The right to use the software is valid only as long as the licensee is a student or an employee of the University of Jyväskylä. The software must be uninstalled upon the termination of a study right or employment.

For university computers: You install Atlas.ti from Software Center (Win) / Managed Software Center (Mac) or ask for installation from help.jyu.fi (login before filling in the form).
Services and guidance > Software, devices, technical support > Software > Installation of paid software.
When installing Atlas.ti 24 from Software Center, read registration instrucitons below [INSTALL] button.

For your home computer: Buy 60 € home use license from web shop https://webshop.jyu.fi/ and then download installation files from download link below. Software available for Windows and Mac.

Read License.txt at download site to find the registration link to create your Atlas.ti account and activation code you need for activating your software.

License code is valid Jun 6th - Jun 5th. and continuing use, you need to login back to download page for next license code next June (or later). You need to pay for Atlas.ti home use license only once. If license has not activated, login https://my.atlasti.com and use activation code.

Atlas.ti 24 client installed on your computer is not in cloud. Cloud version is used at https://web.atlasti.com

Please do not save any sensitive personal information (special identity groups) or classified information to Atlas.ti version 24 cloud service.
