How to use Forms:

In a survey created with Forms, it is possible to choose different question types according to the purpose, like as choice/multiple choice, open-ended response, scale, or numerical value. After creation, the survey can be shared, for example, as a public link, a link requiring login, a QR code, an embed, or via email.

Forms surveys can also be utilized in other Microsoft products, and the survey results can be conveniently exported to Excel. For example, it is possible to embed a survey in a Sway presentation or create one in advance for use in a Teams meeting.
