What is Microsoft Bookings?

Bookings works in sync with Outlook and Teams, so all booked times automatically appear in participants' electronic calendars and can include a link to a remote meeting (Teams).

In Bookings, it is possible to create multiple booking calendars, from which, for example, students can book times through a shared link. Different lengths of meeting times (15min, 30min, 1h) can be created in the booking calendars, and a Teams invitation can be sent automatically for remote guidance/meetings, or alternatively, a location can be specified for the meeting. Bookings automatically sends reminder messages by email or text message to the people who have booked the time, as well as information about new bookings to the calendar owner.

With the instructions from Eduhouse and Microsoft below, you can get acquainted with using Bookings and utilize the application, for example, in booking guidance times. When getting to know the application, it is important to remember that Bookings can be used through Teams or by logging into the O365 service in a web browser. Depending on which method you use, the application's views are different, but its basic functionalities are exactly the same.

Bookings is designed to manage business appointments, and this is reflected in the terms and features used in the service.
