Welcome to Microsoft 365 Copilot services! This guide is designed to help Open University students get started with Microsoft 365 services such as OneDrive, Word, Teams, and other useful tools. By following these instructions, you can quickly and easily start using the services.
How do i get access to Microsoft 365 services?
- The student enrolls in an open course at JYU and receives the right to study as an Open University student.
- Students have access to the same services from M365 as degree students.
- Students can store files in the cloud, where they will remain for the duration of their studies.
- When a student's right to study ends, their right to use the M365 service also ends and all saved files are deleted.
- Students must save any files they wish to keep after their studies have ended.
- Lost files will not be recovered even if the student reactivates the service.
- If a student wishes to keep the M365 service, they must register for a new course before the end of their last course completion right and thus obtain an extension to their right to study as an Open University student.
For whom is the service intended?
