Logging in to and out of the uniFLOW Online management portal

You can find the uniFLOW Online management portal at: https://jyvuni.eu.uniflowonline.com/

Log in by clicking “Continue with JYU.” Log in using your university Microsoft account, which is in the format username@jyu.fi.

You can log out of the management portal from the top right corner of the page.

You can change the language by clicking the character icon next to your name in the upper-right corner of the page.

 

Home page - Dashboard

My budget: Here you can find your print balance. On the first day of each month, the “Primary Wallet” is matched up with 5€. This balance is used as the primary balance for printing. Under “Secondary Wallet,” you’ll find the balance you purchased for yourself before the printing system updates. This balance is used when the primary balance has been used up. If your balance runs out during the month, you can request more balance for valid reasons from the digital services customer service desk. Sales of print balance have been discontinued.

My queue: Here you can see your print queue.

My budget activity: Here you can find the dates when your balance was added.

Notifications: You can find the notification here. You'll get tips on how to print—for example, via email—how to register your card with the printer, and how to connect OneDrive to uniFLOW.

Identities: Here you'll find your personal information. You'll also see the card registration code, which you'll need to pair the card with printer.

 

Start printing tab

From this page, you can send your printable document to the printer.

Send file via drag and drop: You can drag the file you want to print here, and the file will be sent to the printer's Secure Print queue.

Send file via email: You can use the “Send an email now” button to send a file to the printer via email to printit@jyu.fi. The maximum file size is 150MB. Under “Show list of supported file types,” you'll find a list of supported files. Sending an email to printit@jyu.fi works only with a verified university email address (staff: @jyu.fi and students: @student.jyu.fi).

Install printing driver: You can download the drivers for printing to your computer here. Drivers are available for Windows and Mac computers.
