The eExam system has limitations with respect to supervision, exam duration, facilities, equipment and software:
  • Low contrast between text and background, as well as fixed text size, may cause problems to students with impaired vision.

  • It is not possible to connect any auxiliary devices to the system.

  • In the current eExam system, it is not possible to have an assistant.

  • The duration of an eExam is 1 h 50 min (110 minutes) or 3 h 50 min (230 minutes) and it is not possible to have extra time for an eExam.

  • It is not allowed to exit the room and come back during the eExam (except for an obligatory reason caused by medical condition for access to the toilet, must be agreed in advance with the janitor).

  • You can bring to the eExam room only necessary medicine.

  • In Agora EXAM room all tables are adjustable.

If you have registered for an eExam but cannot comply with the above conditions because of a sudden injury or medical condition, please contact the examiner or your department to agree on other exam arrangements. The eExam support can mainly help in technical problems related to the room, equipment and information systems.
