Android for Work

 Android for Work is a way to separate work and personal usage on an Android smartphone. Android for work is a default setup of a new JYU Samsung smartphone.

 The phone is divided to two separate profiles, Work and Personal

 

Google definition of android for work:

"Work profiles allow an IT department to securely manage a work environment without restricting users from using their device for personal apps and data."

Work profile ensures work data security on your work phone that you can use to your own usage at the same time with no restrictions. 

• Use work profile for work
• you may bring work profile icons to the main android desktop
• work profile icons have a small blue brefcase icon on lower right corner
• you may also install applications you need from personal profile play-store (a personal google account is required)

What does the android for work phone look like?

 

The phone looks like normal android phone with this difference: There is small blue briefcase icon on lower right corner of the work profile icons.  

Once you sweep the display up, you can move between work and personal profiles by choosing at the lower part of the display "work" or "personal"
