How to syncronize Outlook calendar and personal addres book to an Android smarphone (Samsung)

Syncrhronizing Calendar and an address book means that any event on a calendar or an address book entry made on a smartphone or a computer desktop Outlook application appear on both devices almost immediately after being made.

How to install Outlook application to an Android smartphone

 

Android system settings

1. Open smartphone settings by sweeping the display up. 

 

...and by tapping Settings

 

2. Under settings, please choose Apps

 

At the bottom of the screen, choose work profile Apps

 

3. Choose Outlook

 

4. Choose Permissions

 

5. Please approve one by one permissions for calendar and contacts

Please return to desktop by tapping the round symbol at the middle

 

Settings in Outlook application

1. Sweep up the display

 

2. Choose Work profile at the bottom of the screen

 

3. Open Outlook application

 

4. Open Outlook settings

first by tapping the round symbol at the left upper corner of the display 

 

...and then at left lower corner of the screen, the cogwheel symbol

 

5. Choose Outlook account, to be synchronized

 

6. Choose Synchronize contacts  and Synchronize calendar

Now you may return back to the desktop. You will find the calendar entries also on a device calendar application. Also personal address book contents can be red on a device address book. Any calendar or address book entry will be automatically synchronised to the computer Outlook application.
