1. Select the Microsoft Store icon in the bottom bar, if there is no icon in the bottom bar you can find it using the Windows Search functionality. When you install Power BI Desktop using the Microsoft Store, the program will automatically update in the future.

 

2. In the Microsoft Store, find the Power BI Desktop program in the top bar of the window.

 

3. Select "Get". This will allow the Microsoft Store to install the software on your computer.

 

4. When the installation is complete, the Microsoft Store will prompt you to open the program. Click "Open". Login to the Power BI Desktop program with your university Microsoft account in the form username@jyu.fi
